This might lead to a race to the bottom where rank information from other nodes is given an effect of 0 on their own rankings, and prices and their own policies are instead used by the vast majority of relevant nodes, according to self interest. This is just what we have today anyway, except better because it would allow you to construct your template order with priority given to what you deem to be non-spam. Users could choose to opt into other users' rankings having a variable effect on their ranking (configurable) in case they think the information from other nodes might be worthwhile, say if they think their own spam policies need input from them. It would all still be voluntary, and node runners might have many different solutions on principle.
