You can opt out the bell peppers for spicier peppers depending on your choice of spice level. You can also leave the bell peppers in the recipe with other peppers.

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Chicken Broth
- 1/3 cup Sake
- 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 2 tsp White Sugar
- 2 tsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Honey
- 3-4 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 lb Minced Chicken
- 1/2 cup Onion / Shallots / Green Onion
- 6-8 cloves Minced Garlic
- 2 Minced Bell Peppers
- Handful of Basil Leaves
Directions
- In a medium bowl mix the sauce; 2/3 cup Chicken Broth , 1/3 cup Sake , 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce , 2 tbsp Soy Sauce , 1 1/2 tbsp Fish Sauce , 2 tsp White Sugar , 2 tsp Brown Sugar , & 2 tsp Honey. Set aside.
- Heat pan to medium-high with 3-4 tbsp Olive Oil.
- Add 1 lb Minced Chicken & cook for 5 mins.
- Add half of the Sauce Mix to the pan.
- Add 1/2 cup Onion / Shallots / Green Onion , 6-8 cloves Minced Garlic , & 2 Minced Bell Peppers.
- Cook for 10 mins , then add remaining sauce.
- When sauce is at a nice consistency, add Handful of Basil Leaves, then turn off stove.
- Stir & Serve! Enjoy!
