“The Congress shall enact no Law abridging the Liberty of the People to employ, devise, or maintain such Systems of decentralized Correspondence and Commerce as #Bitcoin and #Nostr doth represent, nor shall any Man be restrained in his natural Right to partake thereof for the Purposes of Discourse, Trade, or the Preservation of his own Sovereignty; save only where such Use doth manifestly and entirely own one’s Information and Digital Property, as is Physical Property, founded upon Proof of Work and Trustless Verification.”
