My expensive and already deprecated Threadripper is eventually going to get replaced by either a RISC-V CPU (if a good implementation comes to market) or by Aarch64. Asahi Linux is already running pretty well on Apple hardware. I can wait to have a box with a top notch CPU and a beefy dedicated graphics card
