Martyr Isihie of Năsăud, a humble tailor, faced persecution for his Orthodox faith under the Habsburg Empire. Refusing to convert to Catholicism, he was imprisoned and tortured. They tried to make him renounce his faith, but he remained steadfast. Legend says he prayed with such fervor that his chains miraculously fell off multiple times. Ultimately, he was martyred for Christ, his unwavering faith a beacon for others.
