A theory about Trump madness: this is man facing numerous lawsuits. He could have lived an easy life by doing nothing but got heavily attacked in/after his previous term. It was unforgivable for a billionaire, former president, a TV star (maybe) to simply swallow such shame. This is not a president who cares about MAGA, this is a revenger seeking to piss off his opponents in every possible way.
Federal government has heavy Democratic roots? Fire them! Canada, Mexico, and EU have heavy Democratic money? Fuck them! Russia and China are free of Democratic? Build relationship!
He already burned the bridge. The only outcome of this is dictatorship, there is no going back.
