how user relays are stored.
take a pubkey to fetch nip65 against harcoded relays to return a relay list just to start fetching nostr logic. that's if you even find this list. if we don't novice users have to use an input to outline their initialization relay. which is goofy.
wish there was a purple page type relay only for kind 10,002 that bidirectionally read all relays and found the most up to date list as a source of truth and that this source relay had geographic redundancy to stop bad actor relay owners and act as a CDN for first load then checks the next few hops of this relay version.
