Here is a prime example of an ignorant spammer. The spammer thinks that they are sending a quote on quote oversized transaction but they are not. "Typing this oversize message at block 895250, 21:43 UTC." is 61 bytes which is under the 80 byte OP_RETURN limit in bitcoin core's mempool policy. The people saying "you can already do this" don't realize that in order to do an "oversized transaction" (there words not mine) you have to coordinate with a miner to include the transaction in their block template. You can't use Ben's cute little bot to spam larger then 80 byte OP_RETURN transactions.
