This is the guy that worked in the banking sector and thinks that he saw capitalism ruining peoples life and leading to poverty.
Once he said something like "My parents worked and had to pay high taxes. But they were able to have a decent life even with the hifhest taxes. Now the taxes are less but no one can afford a decent life."
Its just a socialist doing socialist things: Making poor people think that they are poor because someone other is less poor.
