Decreased my patient census for today and tomorrow. I'm getting wrecked this week with some medical tests for me, getting behind on notes, and getting burnt out. My wife is the most patient woman I know and when she starts mentioning things something needs to give.
I'm going to back off, take the pay hit, catch up and spend some quality time with my family. I get pretty absorbed in work and I'm not going to put myself in an early grave for someone else. Luckily who I work with is really understanding and is cool with it.
