Plant Pirate Update:
Successful extraction of the young mango tree! It wouldn’t fit in the car, so I hauled it three blocks on my shoulder… got some curious looks. It’s now resting in an old garbage can, shaded & backfilled with rich soil. Giving the root ball a month or two to recover before replanting it in full sun.
Also scored a beautiful sea grape that’s going by the pool.
Feeling like a real plant pirate today!
