Got word from the realtor: We had a potential buyer walk through the property. Feedback was good, bigger than they expected.
Fingers crossed that they buy! This will be the first of three major steps to us finally moving toward our #homesteading dream.
Steps that need to happen for us to be able to move forward:
1. Sell our old rental property and pay off the remainder of the mortgage on that property. Remainder will purchase our new property, and fill the equity on our current home.
2. Sell our current home, pay off the mortgage and claim back the equity.
3. Move!
