You're seen by global and your suggestions get buried unless your actively working WITH people to improve the status quo, vs talking AT them and expecting things to change on a dime. If you really want to help, consider participating in project teams, help liason, collate requests, build FAQs, drive discussion in a meaningful way. But just talking to the wind probably isn't going to get the traction that makes a difference. We all can be more strategic and efficient.
