Very cool, and funny that your first nutzap to that user didn't go through - maybe have a more friendly message like "User did not set-up zaps" (even friendlier would be to make the zap button unclickable to clarify that without even trying). But that's a UI thing for olas only, nothing to do with nutzaps.
What is not immediately clear to me; if the data (nuts) are stored on the relay(s), then are they a custodian of those sats? Are they only spendable when signed by the nsec, and does that make them any less custodial then? What recovery mechanism / 'back-up' exists besides the nsec backup ?
