# One sided love
I wanted to try the #nostr based chat apps @Keychat and @0xchat.
I downloaded both from github and f-droid, then I made new accounts on both.
I added 0xchat account as a friend in keychat, and sent a (Hi) message.
keychat never displayed the message.
Also keychat never activatd the writing field and it is waiting for friendship confirmation from its chatmate that would never send it back.
It looked like deafs conversation, because the two applications are not made to work togeher.
when sending from 0xchat then keychat displayed the messages, but still insisting no friendship for 0xchat and not allowing me to send text.
I think I will continue testing them but each app will be chatting only with another user on the same app.
