So part of the lecture did touch on the difficulty in disaggregating precognition and manifestation. The way we've framed this is intention and effort, so for me when I'm "manifesting" something I go into it with the intention to cause X and I will often repeat the scenario that I want to arise to cause X, that kind of thing. Precognition was being treated as more of a process of listening to what might be said by higher guidance instead of telling higher guidance what you want. Kind of like the difference between meditation and prayer.
For the gifs, I'm not sure I understand how I do it. I save the gif and load it to the note as a picture. Sometimes it works fine, other times it's just a solid color box and I don't know why it works sometimes and doesn't work other times 😅 But to add it in the middle just keep on writing after you add the picture to the note and it shows in the middle.
