The hacker reportedly took only '15-20 minutes' to access the data obtained.
TeleMessage, the Israeli company with ties to Israeli intelligence, has contracts with various U.S. government agencies, including the State Department and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
TeleMessage's archived chat logs are not end-to-end encrypted.
