2025-01-17 16:41:23Turned out great. There's a REAL bready crumb with a REAL crust, and the bread inside has a very chewy/stretchy but tender texture. It tastes exactly like a soft and light wheat bread. When I cut a couple slices while still warm (unheard of in keto baking--you must always let keto baked goods cool for what seems like ages), they weren't ridiculously wet and cakey like a lot of keto breads!
