I fucking cannot stand that ridiculous shitty attitude, it's foul, especially when refusing children anything that might improve their lives. As I said before I had an uncle who went deaf at 4 from measles complications, he would have wiped the floor with them. He met his wife at the deaf place he was at for learning, not sure was she deaf from birth or did she go that way. I am losing a certain amount of hearing myself, when had tests he said it was of the kind that pointed more to genetic hearing loss than age related, so I don't know. I don't like it, it's not severe but it is a bit, eh, what did you say in certain situations, although if forced to choose between losing my hearing or my sight I would choose hearing, but I cannot conceive of how solipsistic one has to be to embrace this roaring shite.
