They won't release it unless they have no choice. They're not the ones I'm talking to. I accept that in NZ, where people are scarily 'reserved' that my approach shocks some & puts some off... but I'm afraid I don't have patience enough to wait for those folk to come around. The 'softly softly' approach is broke.
