You might want to ask the boy’s parents if they did think about this aspect when they benefited from drug trading.
If not, you may deport the parents and find the boy a foster family. Or just deport the father and let him see his kids on holidays in Albania. You can’t keep the whole society a hostage of a criminal having a family relationship. This way you’re literally erasing the very concept of law and responsibility for one’s life choices.
If yes, which is likely the case, he’s very likely accumulated enough money from the drugs to live like a prince in Albania where the boy will attend the best local British school. Albania is not some war-torn hellhole, it’s a nice country. Of course, the father would need to rebuild his criminal career from scratch in respect of local gangs or maybe even find a real job.
