what difference does weight make ? aircraft must be light because it has to stay suspended in the air. the turbine is sitting on the ground. it would only make a difference if it was spinning really fast in which case the centrifugal force would rip the blades off, however actually steel has very good tensile strength - just look at any suspension bridge. and if there is hurricane force wind you should just lock the rotor somehow instead of letting it spin u to crazy RPM. in fact you may want to design some kind of folding mechanism for the blades in case of hurricane winds. there are aircraft with folding wings so it can be done. all of these "insurmountable" technical issues are a joke for a genius like me !
