So yeah, where I used to not mind providing an email or number as much, it's been full stop not something I provide to businesses now. This is the first time I've been greeted with counter-hostility by a business accepting service but withholding providing a receipt, and potentially over-charging me as well.
I used to do my own oil changes all the time but need to get a new set of ramps to perform them safely. Might be time to get back to basics on that front.
