I will check out Ayurveda, but I have just had such a life changing experience going carnivore that I don’t need to really experiment with anything else. Your 5 points will completely change anyone’s life, but you hit a plateau if you’re still eating carbs and sugar (even fruit and honey). I hit it. I have actually found that the closer to pure carnivore I get, the less time I need to work out. I went from 1.5 hour workouts 4-5 times a week to 45 min workouts 2-3 times a week and am in better shape than I was in my 20s. The kitchen is 90%. Exercise is 10%. That being said, being sedentary instead of moving around during the day will hold you down too.
