Cost savings sound good but I wouldn't risk brand reputation with all those customers for the sake of cost. Only now I'm on the outside I have no risk. Start AI first. I have no brand reputation to lose. If it works, I win. If not, nothing lost. It's the biggest asymmetric bet since Bitcoin.
