Adjust butter to cannabutter ratio as desired.
If using salted butter reduce the salt by half.
The leavening agents are included for taste, baking soda for a classic cookie dough flavor and cream of tartar for the snickerdoodle flavor.

- 🍳 Cook time: Chill time 30 min - 2 hours
- 🍽️ Servings: Lots
Ingredients
- ½ cup unsalted butter: 6T plain butter, 2T cannabutter
- ¾ cup raw honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups all purpose flour (whole wheat pastry flour or a gluten-free baking blend would also work)
- ¾ tsp cream of tartar
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp nutmeg
Directions
- Cream together butter and honey.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix gently until well blended.
- Chill in freezer for about 30 minutes, or refrigerator for about 2 hours.
- Scoop out level tablespoonfuls and roll into balls.
- Store in an airtight container in fridge or freezer.
