Good question. Maybe this is a good topic for #askNostr? Plenty of knowledgeable BTC / Lightning folks on Nostr eager to talk about Bitcoin things.
Technically there's nothing stopping you from adding your charity's Lightning wallet to your profile or using a redirect from a domain you control to their wallet (e.g., from https://<your_domain>/.well-known/lnurlp/<your_username> to https://<charitywalletdomain>.com/.well-known/lnurlp/<their_username>) if you want them to receive all the sats sent your way. However, I’m not sure if this is considered "good etiquette" on Nostr. There may be better solutions around.
Another option is to set up a wallet for yourself and later donate the accumulated proceedings to charity. E.g., accumulate a five or six-digit SAT amount in a wallet under your controller and later donate it to charity via an on-chain transaction or by exchanging your BTC for fiat and making a direct contribution.
