First flight in my new pod harness, 2nd flight from Quartzite, first time flying through rain, 4th flight on my wing, one of my better landings, and the scooter ACTUALLY MADE IT the 4.2 miles and 1000 foot climb back to the car!
By all rights I shouldn't have flown but I missed the nearby rain as I was launching but in the end it was just sprinkles and no problems happened, but good lessons learned. I should have listened to the birds when I first got to launch and not waited so long.
