You're using Nostr, so as far as I am concerned, you're already at the cool kids' table.
You can get a NIP-05 from all kinds of different places. Some Nostr clients will provide you with one, such as Primal and Iris. I think Primal requires a subscription to get one, but I could be wrong there.
Another source is nostrcheck.me.
I believe Ditto instances usually provide one, such as Ditto.pub and poster.place.
I am personally partial to nostrplebs.com.
You can even get one by being a player on Sovereign Craft and get a shiny minecraftstr.com NIP-05 address.
