Looking at that new angle and that overhang piece I think it's a second truck parked along side it on the far side that's pulled slightly ahead of the visible truck, with it's driver door open and swung out in front of the visible truck. Combined with some illusion photography that takes advantage of the unique angle and perspective. Wow, definitely crazy! You get a zap cookie for solving the puzzle!
