This is a very simplistic statement to make. For example, when talking with people who suffer from Alzheimer's disease, the natural reaction to argue with them and tell them they're wrong, correct them, or say anything along the lines of "I've told you a thousand times" or "how many times do I have to tell you?" makes absolutely no sense. Ultimately, the context of what constitutes kindness/righteousness is more important than any catch-all slogan or statement.
