Yes, Russia is currently fighting wars in Africa, Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Central Asia, so that's reduced their export sales (they use the arms themselves or give them to allies).
HOWEVER
Russia has also lost contracts because of the sanctions (they struggle to produce high-tech weaponry without high-tech chips and German manufacturing know-how, and if you buy their stuff you often can't get replacement parts) and because their former biggest customers (China and India) are now also producing.
Also, some African countries have switched to Chinese production, as Russia is losing ground with the top-rated sources and is not as cheap as China. Also, China gives out loans for purchasing their arms.
