2025-03-04 12:36:15Collected yesterday, lots of frozen sap so my numbers are skewed. Sap was at 3.5brix. That's a lot less work for my RO to process. I think I can get close to 7brix before I start boiling. Building the new and improved bitcoin mining sap heater today.
