Slipstream is a service designed to allow bypassing policy rules and getting whatever consensus valid transaction into the next MARA block. This has historically been done via TG or other messaging applications.
Doing so is possible because mempool policy (what transactions get passed around between nodes) is not the same as consensus (what transactions are valid in a block).
If the goal is to fight "spam", most of y'all are fighting in the wrong arena.
Policy is not conensus.
