If no person is better than their incentives, then clearly society—a vast collection of people—is no better than its incentives.
When it comes to societal incentives—the things that motivate people feed, shelter, and satisfy one another’s other wants—nothing is more powerful than money.
When money can be obtained without earning it—as the central bank and those politically favored by it do by the trillion—then the incentives that cohere an honest, hard-working society break down, causing the collapse in societal cohesion we are all living through today.
Hence the essential humanitarian mission of #Bitcoin: Fix the money, fix the world.
