2025-05-24 04:54:30Have you tried the "morning pages" method? Saved my brain. Have a morning ritual. Brew a coffee. Sit and write—stream of consciousness style—first thing in the morning. You can write with whatever feels best. I use a notebook to eliminate ALL distractions. Has helped with mental clarity, problem solving, idea generating and focus. Doing it for years.
