not with NIP-31 and NIP-89, particularly with the opengraph addition idea where you can do rich rendering of what the root is and, if it interests you, you are one click away from seeing the rich media wherever it can be.
right now, if you publish an article on substack it prompts you to share it on a tweet, on twitter, facebook, etc.
You post that tweet and that's it, the followers of the author might see it. Great.
Now, if a bunch of people that I follow are having a discussion in the "comment section" of the article I won't see it because they are kind:1111 K=30023, and because I don't follow the author I will never know that article, nor the conversation from people I follow, existed.
