The problem is in the last decade Germany developed a very weird obsession to stop big necessary investments, because somebody (who does not seem to unterstand the economy of nations) decided we should stop making debts for this.
This weird old-school rule is now in our freaking constitution!
And the next government will have little to no majority to change our constitution ._.
