If it looks like Military Keynsianism & the Govt. sounds like Military Keynsianism, then for all intents & proposes it *is* Military Keynsianism....
Perhaps some of Keynes' ideas about effective demand, counter-cyclical stimulus and the role of public investment are re-entering the political system (as so often, disguised by national security).
