This is actually the ironic thing about the whole debate:
The best female employees also tend to be the moms most willing to drop everything for their kids. They are good at focusing and setting priorities, and they discount stuff like "face time" and "office politics" and concentrate on delivering, delivering, delivering.
I'm now working for my second mom/CEO and they both prioritize their families over their work, and have zero fucks to give, if that bothers someone. They didn't get where they are by sucking up to Randy at the office and lounging around the coffee machine.
*They're* the machine. As am I.
