2025-02-16 10:51:14I like the debate, one question I've always had is the following: what percentage, if measurable at all, of health improvements that come from switching to a carnivore diet are actually a result of dropping unhealthy food? For example, I could be eating Mac and Cheese all day long, then switch to meat only, and claim that I now feel so much better. Wouldn't that be because of dropping the shitty food?
