Yeah I havent stopped my routine either. 4 days a week weight training and running ~50km a week. Which im just taking more slowly. Ive introduced electrolytes which do seem to help.
Its been a series of different kinds of adjustments and the struggle and benefits seem to go in waves. And the almost debilitating hunger i experienced early on is definitely much milder now. I think it takes a week or so to go in to full on ketosis mode. And apparently it will just start to feel completely normal soon enough. Chatgpt has been my friend!
