Happy Friday Nostr - how has your week been?
Finally power is back. We had a pretty large area impacted with the latest weather. I made the best of it by using the time as a digital sort of detox. No TV, no feeds, no lights besides the glow of a couple lanterns. Living in a house from the 1800s in this circumstance just magnified the luxury of modern life. I felt like a real cowboy for a few moments. 10/10 would do again.
Also, my umbrel node on my raspi 4 has held up incredibly wel. It continues to just work, even in strange situations where my power is cut instantly - it just picks up where it left off.
