Oh, I totally get it. Honestly, initially, it's a bit of a hassle. I'm good with the redundancy because I sync all the files to my desktops and make periodic backups of those. It's much more in my own control. Which saved my skin a couple of times. Also, the versioning in Nextcloud is nice. Maybe look for a proper VPS with some fancy backup options?
