I tried a grief group at our local Hospice when my son passed. It wasn't the best group for me because everyone else had lost spouses or parents. I heard about lots of unresolved relationship issues. None of that applied to my grieving process. I moved on after the second try. Time interspersed with tears worked the best for me.
