My experience with plantar fasciitis was equally confusing.
And lots of people have been through it. The short version is that I have to be very careful to treat my body right. The right stretches and getting off the computer to get out and move. But it's always there. Always reminding me that whenever I get too sedentary the consequences will be serious pain.
Editing photos and videos are really bad for that. Same for Shellie's ulnar nerve. We have terrible lifestyles.
