Anarchy would work if criminal actors like the state didn’t co-opt its efforts. Somalia pre 1991 was propped up by western aid.1991 it no longer was of strategic importance and various factions backed by cia proxies fought in a vacuum over scraps. As for why anarchy is our natural state, we are self organizing creatures that naturally adopt a hierarchy based on division of labor bc it’s more productive than going at it alone.
