It's like a kids game. One kid I grew up with did it and stopped speaking, everyone thought he was joking until his parents removed him from school. He was never seen again. I think they must have sent him to a special school maybe. I don't know. Still gives me the willies thinking about it, and that was over 50 years ago. Poor kid, I hope he's out there having a good life. He still owes me $5. Not that I hold grudges or anything.
