I’ve been trying to figure this out myself. From my observations it looks like it prioritises comments over zaps/likes but I think it is possibly unique commenters which is why the “influencer” GM notes end up at the top..
There could also be a weighting for those with Primal Legend status or others that they specifically want to promote as there are some that end up higher up without much engagement but it is hard to tell. Personally I don’t think it is a useful algorithm.
