Amethyst has this in the zap settings.
I set my default to "private". This is why nostr.build shows that I've received 174k sats and only sent 15k. The current balance in my wallet is 50 sats, because I zap every sat I'm given on Nostr, in addition to any I picl up through contests, etc elsewhere.
